Welcome to Hyper-Reality STUDIO.

If there is one thread that encapsulates my productions, it all traces back to the summer 2023 project Hyper-Reality STUDIO—which is precisely why this space is named after it. Coincidentally, its initials happen to align with my own, creating a serendipitous intriguing wordplay.

The term ”hyperreality“ stems from Jean Baudrillard’s Simulacra and Simulation, describing a condition where representations originate from reality, only to overlay and ultimately supersede it. Captivated by this notion and its cinematic embodiment in The Matrix, I have long been drawn to articulating these dreamlike, reverie-laden sensations through the intertwined languages of cinema and architecture.
